The baby boomer generation makes up the largest number in the Australian population and this is causing a major strain on government resources.
Expectations of a pension which is of a substantial amount in future retirement years is diminishing at a rapid rate and there is a question mark as to how the pension will be funded in the future as our population ages.
Australia’s Social Security System is not coping very well plus taxes are increasing and the cost of living is escalating and is far too high for many people who are struggling financially.
Obviously we all need to start planning for our future as it doesn't look like anyone else will?
