Chinese invest big

International investment from the Chinese sector has grown over the past 12 months with Chinese buyers realising the value in the Australian property market and extensive purchasers in the house and land residential sector in particular.

 Many of these investors have also taken advantage of the education opportunities and are enrolling their children in Australian Universities who offer a large array of opportunities.   There is no end in sight as the Asia region continues to diversify their property holdings throughout the area with Australia being the preferred destination for many of the middle class Chinese investors in particular.

The Chinese community have helped grow Australia's economy ever since Australia's very beginning and are showing signs of a rapid increase in land holdings as the years progress.
