Saudi Arabian and Chinese property investors in Australia

Posted in Updates @ Dec 31st 2012 10:15am - By Garry Larden

Saudi Arabian and Chinese property investors are taking advantage of very cheap real estate prices at the moment in Australia which is becoming very popular with both Saudi and Chinese property investors in Australia as a holiday destination, an investment, and also for their children to live in the properties while attending University with the long term goal of immigration.

Thousands of people from the Saudi and Chinese communities are making the move to Australia where the life style is relaxed and the people are friendly.  Australian real estate is a safe investment and Australia is considered to be one of the safest nations to live in and which also ranks high in terms of standard of living among its citizens.

Saudi and Chinese communities buying a home in Australia need to submit an application through the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).   As a foreigner or international investor, you are able to purchase property in Australia that is already developed, to be developed, redeveloped or in the planning stage. The FIRB will review all applications for purchase of residential real estate within about 30 days on average.  An approval is granted only on a specific property and there are no approvals given for simply buying a home in Australia.

This means that for each property that a foreigner wants to buy, they need to put in another FIRB application and Mingzhi.biz have a network of professions who are able to help foreign buyers with every need from property purchase to immigration needs.
