South East Queensland housing growth escalates
According to the Master Builders Association the conditions in the housing sector for South East Queensland is very positive indeed.
South East Queensland residential housing-building-approvals has escalated in an upward motion dramatically, while Southern States have shown a downturn.
Building approvals in Queensland rose by 16.3% in June while NSW dropped by 9.3% and Victoria dropped by 23.9%
Queensland increased from a total of 3465 to 4029 seasonally adjusted so there are smiles all round as the Winter Sun continues to shine down on this beautiful part of the world.
